Chen

Senior Chemical Engineer — 16+ years in bioprocess scale-up, technology transfer, and industrial commercialization. Former Head of Engineering for complex plant-cell cultivation; led commercial scale-up and facility build-out for multiple biotech startups, including Novella, MeatAfora, and DouxMatok.

Why this founder

Deploying a molecular assay at 4,000 meters is fundamentally a bioprocess-stabilization and engineering-integration problem — exactly my career.
